The service
Cadence is a planning and check-in tool. Its suggestions are suggestions: you decide what to do with them.
Free and Plus
Free includes the daily check-in in the app, on the web and on Telegram, and the weekly summary. WhatsApp is free for 14 days. Plus adds WhatsApp after that, automatic splitting and slot moves, patterns across weeks and months, the quarterly review and an accountability partner.
Payments
Plus is billed monthly by Apple, Google or Paystack, depending on where you subscribe, and renews until you cancel there. The 14-day Plus trial needs no payment details and ends on its own.
Your content
What you write and say stays yours. You let us store and process it to run Cadence for you, and nothing else.
Messages
On WhatsApp and Telegram, your first message is your opt-in. Reply STOP any time and we stop.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Me → Stop and delete. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other people.
