Draft. Last updated: before launch.
Cadence helps you plan each day and check in each evening. This page says what we keep, why, who helps us run it, and how you take it with you or delete it.
What we keep
- What you plan and how it went: tasks, your one thing, check-in answers, reasons, energy and mood, and the reviews drafted from them.
- What you say in a debrief or voice note, as text. Audio is turned into text and not kept.
- How to reach you: an email address or phone number if you add one, your WhatsApp number or Telegram chat if you use them, and your device’s notification address if you allow reminders.
- Settings: your time zone, check-in times and plan.
- If you add an accountability partner: their name and email or WhatsApp number, and what you chose to share with them.
Why
To run the service you asked for: plan, remind, check in, spot patterns and draft reviews. We don’t sell your data, show you ads, or use what you write to train models.
Who helps us run it
- Railway (hosting and database).
- Anthropic (Claude) turns check-ins into structured answers and drafts reviews. Under its commercial terms, what we send isn’t used to train models.
- Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram, if you check in there.
- Expo, Apple and Google, to deliver notifications to your phone.
- A speech-to-text provider for voice notes, once chosen.
- Apple, Google and Paystack, if you pay for Plus.
Your rights
You can see and download everything (Me → Download your data), correct it, and delete your account and everything in it (Me → Stop and delete), at any time. Deletion is immediate and covers every device and our servers. You can also write to us.
Where it’s kept, and for how long
Your data is kept while your account exists, and deleted when you delete it. It may be processed outside Nigeria by the providers above, under contracts that protect it.
